How you start your day sets the tone for your hormones, your hunger, and your energy. It also sets your mindset for the day. Dust off those cobwebs and start your day energized, grounded and with complete confidence that you will slay the day.

 1. Wake Up Gently (no phone first!)
Start with light, water, and you-time before diving into the noise of the day. If possible, spend 10 minutes outside with the morning sun.

Tip: Open the blinds, sip warm lemon water, and breathe for 60 seconds. Stay away from your phone for as long as possible.

 2. Mindset Reset
Even 3 minutes can change your whole energy.

✅ Gratitude journaling
✅ Devotional or scripture
✅ Positive affirmations
✅ Simply sitting in quiet

 3. Move Your Body
You don’t need to hit the gym at 5am to win the morning.

✅ Stretch
✅ Walk
✅ Do 10–15 minutes of strength
✅ Try a FASTer Way quick circuit I’ve been showing in the F Words Community for Workout Wednesday. Join the Community

 4. Fuel with Intention
Your first meal sets the tone for blood sugar, energy, and cravings.

✅ Break your fast with protein + fiber
✅ Hydrate with electrolytes or water with sea salt. I start my day with 20 oz of hydration. https://fasterwayshop.com/products/faster-way-hydration?aid=chrisfulkerson
✅ Skip the sugar bomb breakfast—it’s not your friend. You do not want an insulin spike first thing in the morning – that crash will leave you feeling tired, hungry again an hour later, craving more sugar or carbs, and brain fog. It becomes a rollercoaster your body rides all day long – making it harder to burn fat, manage cravings and stay energized.

And most of all: give yourself grace.

There’s no “perfect” routine—but when you start your day by caring for you, everything else flows more easily.
You don’t need to overhaul your life overnight.
Start with 1 or 2 new habits and build from there.
